ITH Baby Wipes Holder Zipper Bag, Size #5 Zipper,
It has quilting/stippling on the front panel and a lining built in to the pattern. The design comes with a placement and a tack down stitch, for a handle of your choice (pre-made webbing, or a handle that you can make using a sewing machine pattern) and a clean finishing stitch around the front oval opening, for the wipe dispenser.
The pattern sized to fit an 11x7 hoop and can hold the 50-60 count package of baby wipes, with the oval plastic cover (pampers or equate brands).
